The game itself is good, I had a hard copy years ago and lost it but bought this 'digital' copy to keep me busy over winter break. However it took several hours to receive the email with the product key, and it has been 12 hours since I started to download it and its only at 60%. Also not mentioned in the description is you can only play the game when you're online, and you have to download a separate app run by EA games to even begin downloading the Sims game.

I could have driven to the store and bought, installed and played this game in a fraction of the time its been since I made this purchase. I thought this version would be more convenient, but it has just been a source of aggravation and stress. Walmart should mention the internet requirement and not promise an under 4 hour delivery.

I was so excited to find an instant download of this game I didn't read the reviews myself!!! They don't tell you that you MUST download additional software in order for the game to work.

You can't play the Sims without downloading advertisement software called Origin. And, you can't play the game offline.

I bought this for my sister. She was able to install the game at my house because I have high-speed internet. But, when she went home, she found out she couldn't play the game because she doesn't have an internet connection. Since when does the Sims require an internet connection? You don't even play online!

I should have listened to the other reviews and bought the CD version of the game. Be aware that this is not an easy and straightforward way to play! Once you finally have the code (it takes forever), you will have to download an app called Origin and create an account with them. Then, you have to create an account on Sims3.com to register your code to even be able to open the game in Origin. The game takes hours to download and you can only play while online. I have a bachelors degree in Communications and work with computers every day, and I was only able to get this game up and running after a few hours with customer support.

Just do yourself a favor and buy the actual disk. I when with the digital code method for one reason, I wanted the game delivered FAST! I've been waiting for NINE whole days now! I'm cancelling this order and ordering the CD version of the game. I know the game is awesome, but the Walmart delivery service is NOT. Please, take my advice and either go to the store to get it or buy the CD and let if arrive VIA mail.

Because in the time I waited, I could of already have it and been playing the game! So disappointed, I'm NEVER ordering ANYTHING VIA Walmart digital code again!

You can enjoy the freedom and power to control you Sim in the Sims 4. You can even customize their appearance, personalities and more according to your wish. Sims 4 even allows to set the traits, passion and goals for you own sim. You can manipulate and control their lives and even letting them pursue a career. Although the Sims 4 is quite like its predecessors, there are tons of new features added making it more accessible and the navigation smoother. The first thing that you will do in Sims 4 is create your Sim. You can directly manipulate you sim’s body parts like face, chest, legs, abdomen, etc and model it they way you like it.

You can choose any hairstyle, body color, and hair color for your Sim. You can even choose the age of your sim which include seven stages between a baby to an elder. Not only that, but you can also choose its walking style, traits and aspirations. The Build mode in Sims 4 has been greatly improved giving more flexibility in building houses and modifying them.

You can even move them around, change the length and height of walls, move rooms and design the interiors. The gardens and houses are better if we compare it to the previous Sims. The social interaction and multi-tasking has been improved giving more versatility to it.

The emotional System has been improved too which is one of the best features of the Sims 4. Unlike the previous Sims, conversations are no longer static but you can actually interact with other sims using the new and better options given. Since, each Sim has their own traits and personalities; it is really cool and fun to interact with them. Overall gameplay has been improved making the navigation more easy and controls smoother. So, if you are a Sims fan or not, you should definitely try it!
