Service and atmosphere were fine But, really dissatisfied with the quality of food. Was way overpriced for the quality. Yes, I've been to numerous other high-end steak houses and don't mind paying $50 for a good steak. However, at this restaurant, my $46 steak was tough and lacked flavor. Creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were good, but not great. Same goes for their house salad.good, but not great. Would not go back here.

I thought how could it be bad with Emeril's name associated, but it was nothing to rave about. Chop House is great!

Food, service, atmosphere all terrific!!! Slightly noisy if you sit near the kitchen; but, nothing horrifically bad. Only gripe is not with the rest restaurant; but, with the Sands Casino. We had a minor in our party and waited for nearly 40 minutes for a escort to arrive to bring us to the restaurant. And the 'escort' stank to high heaven of cigarettes.

Restaurant is GREAT; but, if you have minors in your group plan to wait for incompetent/inconsiderate Casino Security! Our 38th anniversary was not a pleasant experience. It was cold, so I told the waiter, no one came over. Soon after I asked the waiter for a manager. It took the manager 15 minutes to arrive at our table.

I asked for heat in the restaurant and he told me they have a heat rotation and we must of been there in between. We were there an hour and a half, the heat registers remained cold, no heat. So the managers resolve was to offer his jacket.

I do not want to eat my dinner in my coat nor his jacket. I reached out to Emerils and they apologized. No offer was made. Nor were we offered another dinner. It seems this establishment does not care about their customers experience. Our daughter was in town for my birthday.

We decided to visit the casino and last minute went to dinner at Emerils. Got a resv via Open Table.

This was one of the best dinners I have had in a long time. Everything was excellent. Servers all so accommodating and pleasant. Even gave my daughter an extra serving of after dinner chocolates. We had two filet mignon and a pork chop.

Very tender and flavorful. Our table was large and comfy spaced. No complaints about anything. It is pricey, but that is expected. We got what we paid for. An excellent birthday evening.

Food was excellent - both of us got filets - one with seafood combo and the other with potatoes/asparagus. Both cooked perfectly and seasoned well. We shared a side of the brussel sprouts and they were delicious.

Had a 9p reservation and was able to be seated right away as the restaurant was half-empty. Service was slow for the restaurant not being busy. We had 2 servers and even with a team, it took almost 10 minutes to get our 2 glasses of wine and then another 10 to get their attention to come back and take our order - not the best way to spend the first 25 minutes of dinner. That being said, the food made up for the service issues and if we’re back at the Sands, we’d give this place another try.

I thought it was a good idea to try Annie's version of 'easy-mac.' I have been very disappointed by this. I have found there to be little to no flavor in the mac & cheese cup, and the macaroni itself is very mushy and unpleasant.

There also is a slimy film that covers the noodles and does not mix with the cheese. I am at college, and will still eat this product when I am running out of food, but it is never a good experience. I think the idea of the mac & cheese cup is a very good one, but it was not executed well. The recipe definitely needs to be improved. This was easily one of the worst microwave meals I've experienced. I wasn't expecting the normal Annie's Mac and Cheese taste since it is microwavable but that wasn't the only issue.

The pasta didn't even fully cook, most (if not all) of the water was on the bottom of the microwave when it was done cooking, when I went to mix in in a bowl, there was a gelatinous glob of pasta and something else. I tried to look past even that but when I mixed in the cheese, I couldn't bring myself to eat more than one bite. I'm quite disappointed, but also wanted the company know that that's what happens to their microwavable pasta.

I guess I will only be getting the box pasta from now on. I just tried the microwavable mac and cheese cup last week and I thought it was so terrible that I couldn't feed it to my children. I threw it away and quickly made a package of the classic organic shells and white cheddar at the last minute. I couldn't believe that is was so salty and strangely gooey! It was not at all up to the same standard as I've experienced with any of the other Annie's products we've had. I was really disappointed. I really think these should just be taken off the shelf they were that horrible!!

Your other microwavable mac and cheese in the box that comes in separate packages is fantastic and I wish I could find it in more locations!
